These terms apply to riangeng.com and to rian gèng. Using the site, joining the waitlist, or signing in accepts them.

The course
rian gèng is a Thai primer in two tracks. Voice is spoken Thai in romanization. Script is the letters, taught on words from Voice. The course does not award a qualification.
Account
An account requires an email and a password. The person who holds the account is responsible for the password and for use of the account. Progress stored in the browser is the working copy. The account stores a copy. Logging out leaves the cards in that browser. Erasing the device deletes the browser copy and leaves the account copy.
The company may refuse or close an account that breaks these terms.
Licence
The words, recordings, drawings, and software belong to Pristine Mekong Pte. Ltd., except where a credit names someone else. The company grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use the course for private study. The licence does not include copying the course for others, reselling it, or holding the materials out as one's own.
Romanization
Romanization in the course follows the Paiboon system of Benjawan Poomsan Becker. The company does not own that system. These terms grant no right in it.
Waitlist
The company may send a message to a waitlist address when the course is ready. Joining does not reserve a date, a price, or a place.
Service
The company may change, suspend, or stop the course. A sitting runs in the browser. A recorded clip is fetched over the network the first time it plays.
Liability
The course is provided as it stands, without a warranty of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent Singapore law allows that exclusion.
To the extent Singapore law allows, the company is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of the course, including an incorrect answer, a missing recording, or lost progress. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that Singapore law does not allow to be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Law
Singapore law governs these terms. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not take away a right that a mandatory consumer law gives and does not allow to be waived.
Changes
The company may update these terms. The date below is the date of the current version. Using the site after that date accepts the updated terms.
